Is the case silicone or plastic?

Plastic...really light sturdy and thin especially for an Otterbox. Great case!

How can I get a replacement inner case? Top right corner does not fit correctly.

Should be 2 pieces. First piece goes over the phone and the second goes over the initial case to hold it in place.

Nice slim, sturdy design

I've been a big OtterBox fan and have always had the defender cases. I was hesitant to get a commuter since it's slimmer. I got to say it's very sturdy, fits in my pocket nicely and looks great. I love the side grips and the overall quality is impressive. I dropped my phone today and it doesn't even show a mark and protected the phone. No scratches are marks. (of course I know individual results may vary) but I'm happy with it.
