Better than the originals
Brighter than the original fluorescents, and no lag to turn on. Depending on fixture position a tight fit, but fit they do.

Work well. The only drawback is the base is larger, and more rectangular than a standard fluorescent bulb. I had to modify the socket on my drop light to make it fit.

Great LED Replacement for Your Wife's Expensive Make-up Mirror Compact Fluorescents
These LED lamps are a perfect replacement for the 4W compact fluorescent lamps commonly found in male-up mirrors. They do not require a ballast, running on 120VAC and provide brighter and significantly longer operating life, (50K hrs.) at half the cost of the fluorescents. They are also available in daylight, (4000K) color.

PLUG and PLAY is nice....but length is an issue!
As we move towards LEDs, I wanted to replace a burned out fluorescent bulb for my Panasonic bathroom fan. The PLUG & PLAY option was the way to go as I did not want to remove the ballast (although I can remove a ballast -thanks Dad for being an electrician!). The only issue is that these bulbs are longer than the originals. I found that with a little gentle work, I could make them fit by removing the cover and then sliding these up and then replacing the cover. The light is good. Seems to work fine. We will report back with any issues. This was submitted FEB. 2023. Updates below if needed......

Good light, great replacement
Really good price, fit directly into the current lamp with zero changes required, it's in an outside light that is on all night every night, so far doing very well.l, no flickering. Would recommend. I will update this when the light dies to give an estimated life!
