It’s awesome if you get one that isn’t defective
Our 3 year old asked for a “sparkle rainbow kitty cat” from Santa this past Christmas. We saw this and thought “how perfect!” The first one that arrived, however, was defective (it did not light up.) We ordered a replacement, and 10/10 this thing is her favorite thing ever! It’s a *perfect* nightlight too, she cuddles it with the lights on as she’s falling asleep and it automatically shuts off after a while. The lights are soft and not overwhelming so it’s great for cuddling. Would give it 5 stars if we hadn’t had to get a replacement.

Fantastic plush toy
This was a very cute toy for my son. Pressing on one paw causes the multicolored lights to come on, and if you press on the other paw, it will play all sorts of childrens songs. Does not come with batteries. My son uses it as a night light

Defective!! Potential hazard.
Be real careful. Bought this for my daughter a few months ago. She loved it. Just went to change the batteries. Noticed it was EXTREMELY HOT! like to a point I quickly dumped the batteries out. So for reference my 2 year old has been sleeping with this for a while. Knows how to turn it on, off. It’s her go to night light. So just imagine if it exploded and caught fire with your kid in bed. Beyond upsetting since it was her favourite stuffed animal. So not sure why that happened but just beware.

defective or quality issue?
My daughter loves the cat, but not sure if this is a one off and was defective or if the quality is all around like this. The stitching was loose and one of the leg area was ripped.
