Very good for daily use when swallowing is difficult. They taste great and melt right on your tongue. I take them because I don't get enough sun on my skin and for anemia. No side effects.

I take pantoprazol (stomach acid reducer) and as many of you may know, if you take certain medications it can make it harder for your stomach to absorb certain vitamins. I have a sensitive stomach so taking big vitamin pills makes me nauseous over time and it's exhausting taking pills everyday. My vitamin D3 was always low despite supplements and sunlight. I took these once a day and now my results show my Vitamin D is actually high now! I am impressed. The taste is light but sweet and doesn't get tiring either. They are small and easy to chew or place under the tongue. I tried both methods to see if it would make a difference in results and either method will work to raise your vitamin d levels. I also have not had any nausea or stomach issues taking these which is a huge win!

EZ Melts has been making sublingual/fast melt tablets for a long time now and have not disappointed since! In terms of fast melt, it is generally fast at “melting” however chewing it and putting it under your tongue is just as efficient. In terms of value, this is a great value! It is hard finding a reputable brand selling this formula in this format at this cost. TLDR; Tastes good, effective and great value!

Purchased for a friends mom who is on hospice. She is a regular to these and swears by the absorption. Not too much of a taste and Dr says good for her immune system. Price is high in my opinion but I purchased for someone else. No side effect.
