Is the height of 25.8" with wheels? Can anyone tell me the height if you take the wheels off? I need to fit under a 24" desktop.

I'll double check. But, it should fit. I believe I had the same issue. FYI. Files in back of lower drawer are not easy to see or access. But, it's pretty.

Does the “wood” have texture or is it smooth?

The wood is smooth, but the cabinet was very difficult to put together and the bottom drawer doesn't close all the way.

Does anyone know where i can find a4 sized hanging folders? i set the bottom drawer to the a4 to maximize space, but can only find letter size.
