A: Unlocked should be just that, you shouldn't have any issue swapping sims.

A: No, it does have a SIM Card but also can have several eSIM’s.

**Q: Can this phone be used with any sim card where ever in the world or just in UK?**
A: My iPhone accepted EE sin and was free for any service provider. I assume it would be free for other countries as my previous phone was. 
Think that’s the reason people buy sim free phones 👍

**Q: Apple recommend batteries are changed at less than 80% so you could buy one of these at 81% and then have to have a new battery in a few months.**
A: you could but the phone I bought had a 100% battery. It's a risk you take when you save several hundred pounds and risk having to spend £100 on a new battery. If you received a phone with 81% battery you could just return it and get a refund?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Over 2 months (including 1 month without a phone) to get a functioning product. Delivered defective - streak lines on 0.5x zoom for camera which then evolved to non functioning camera. Customer service take a day or so to reply, so by the time I had a return address and had jumped through all the requested hoops, product returned (note they claim it has to arrive at their warehouse within 30 days, regardless of date fault reported) then outside of 30 day money back guarantee resulting in no refund available. Had to return phone for repair with no substitute available. Phone eventually repaired and returned but awful experience - feels like a scam. Would never buy from this seller again.
