Question 1

My snowblower runs for about 30 secs the first time before stalling. Afterwards, it stalls after abt 10 secs. will this work?

It could. I bought it to use in my snow blower because I let it sit too long with old gas in it. It did work for me just fine and also on a portable generator that I have. Both ran great after running a quarter tank of fuel through with this product.
The old gas sitting gums up the carburetor jets with varnish if you allow it to sit for long periods (over 9 months or longer) without using a fuel stabilizer additive, which I had forgotten to add before I put the machine away for the spring until the next winter. My roto-tiller however was gummed up so badly that it helped it to start and run, but I still had to remove the carburetor on it to unplug the high speed jet because it was gummed up too much and the engine would surge up and down constantly. This stuff is definitely worth a  try though. It sure beats having to pull the carb and clean it by hand! It worked for me 3 out of 4 times on pretty badly gummed up small engine carburetors.

Do I just add it to the gas that's already in my lawnmower?

Usage Directions (by the manufacturer)

Properly taking off the cap: pull straight up to take off the cap. Do not remove by lifting to the side, this will trigger the nozzle and evacuate some of the contents. In addition, have the can pointed safely away from your face and in a clear area.

Check to be sure fuel line and filters are clean and not plugged and fuel can flow. Check spark plug for deposits and clean or replace if required. Check fuel level and add fuel as necessary, as needed, to assure sufficient gasoline to start engine. Invert the aerosol can upside down, press on the valve side and aim into the fuel tank (Do not spray product into the air or your face). The can will empty in 30 – 60 seconds. Use of unmixed gasoline in a 2-cycle engine can cause engine failure and should never be attempted. Start per the manual recommended starting procedure. If engine does not start a mechanical repair may be required. One 2 ounce container will treat up to 1 gallon of fuel and will revitalize old fuel.

Question 3

Numbers on cap indicate 10, 20, 30, 40, 50. Are these milliliters?. If so, how many mls for 2.5 gal tank?

I am not sure about those numbers, but the can contains 2 fluid ounces. I spray it into my filled lawnmower gas tank and it works great. You will probably only need one good spray. The engine should fire right up if your gas is fresh.

Question 4

Description says this treats 1 gallon. my tank os a 3 gallon and is full. what do i do?

Run your gas tank dry.  Put in one gallon of gas and add the treatment.  It will most likely clear up the running issues with just one gallon.
