Carring handle/belts are very weak , Due to slight increase in weight after stuffing in the bag, the carrying handle cannot take load after load.Handle infrastructure needs to be strengthened

I recently purchased the bag and in first travel itself the handle/belt is worn out. Product comes with 2years warranty nothing mentioned about how to opt it, even is it worth to go through it after every travel ? Work on your quality improvement.
