Perfect for a small window to put up curtains without drilling into the wall. Quality is decent for the price.

I bought three of these to use in my closet doorways for air drying clothing that I don’t put in the dryer. Seems to be holding up so far, but this is day one, hour one and these clothes are already dry. I’m interested to see how well they hold up when I hang clothing straight out of the washer and still damp. Will update review if anything changes. For the price (inexpensive) they are of good quality. I wasn’t expecting titanium. The fact that the two pieces don’t stay securely attached together was a little annoying at first but not a dealbreaker. Once they are put into place in my doorways it doesn’t really matter. My doorways are 34” wide.

Does exactly what you would expect. They did fall down the first night (I don't want to damage the wall so I didn't use the plastic holders) but after retightening it it has been sturdy and my cat has even messed with the curtains hanging on them since and they haven't budged.

This fried is serving its purpose. But I don't understand why they call it a tension rod. Because there's no spring action in mind. At all, you just twist it to the size you need it to be. There's no like pushing it in a little for it to fit. I don't have any spring tension. I don't understand where they get spring tension rod in the description. It still serves the purpose for lightweight curtains, in my case. Would recommend, easy to assemble, just twist together.

Easy to use, just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine! We needed to hang up a curtain over my daughter’s closet doorway but we rent so we ideally shouldn’t put holes in the walls and such. This is a perfect solution for us! It’s been up for two days now - my 5 yr old has been pulling it open and closed multiple times a day but to my surprise, the tension rod is still holding steady! The doorway is 34” and worked great. Glad I have an extra for future projects too!

They work for what i needed but barely. These are not great. The tension doesn't hold well when practically any pressure is used. Definitely not a good choice if you have animals that will tug on it at all.

This works. I have had the hardest time finding one that does not slide down my acrylic shower, this one has stayed put for 2 months. I highly recommend!

Previously I had narrower tension rods 0.6 inches. These are 0.8 inches. I was worried these might be too wide to fit between the windows and the wood blinds. It was tight, but they fit and the connector isn’t too fat either. I had to use the sticky back holders to keep them up. Working beautifully. I am relieved. I previously had to return 1 inch rods as they were too wide. I do wish sites would post diameter information more prominently.

This rod doesn't have enough strength/spring tension/grip to hold much up. Put it in a narrow hall closet and keeps falling down with a winter coat on it.

Disappointed Doesn’t Hold as Promised I had high hopes for this tension rod, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the claims. Despite following all instructions, it keeps slipping down after a short time even with lightweight curtains. The grip pads don’t seem strong enough, and the tension weakens quickly.
