If your stain is clean I would think it would work fine. **Q: Does this sprayer comes with a strap?** A: It does not, but it's very light. **Q: How long is the hose from the tank to the wand handle?** A: The hose is 30" long. **Q: How well does this work for a two story house for siding?** A: Spray it on and that's it. Put it in a pressure washer and it will clean anything with tough stains. I don't have vinel siding on my house, but I spray it full strenght on my deck, it will clean mildew and moss , Hard stains will need a little brushing.
