Simple, does what it says…
Been taking these for a few weeks now alongside my regular workout routine. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste. 3mg is a reasonable dose — not trying to overdo it, just filling a gap. No upset stomach or side effects for me. Would be nice if they included more info on the label about timing (with food vs without), but otherwise no complaints. Repurchasing.

Boran by NOW is excellent
Best product.. Because of taking Boron my vitamin D level is normal. My son reads up on all this stuff and he recommends whats good and whats not. Glad he went to medical school.He paid it off himself for the few years he went.
