I have to admit, I can be a bit of a tinned tomato snob and always buy premium brands, stocking up especially when they’re on offer. However it can get expensive especially when cooking for a crowd. I saw these and after reading some of the reviews, I gave them a go and so glad that I did. They’re Italian tomatoes in a thick rich sauce, I’ve used them as they are on toast, in curries, stews, bolognese and chilli and I continue to be impressed by their quality and taste.These are now my go to tinned tomato and with the price, it makes them excellent value for money. I’m on my third batch and I won’t be stopping there.

I normally buy the tinned plum tomatoes because I prefer the flavour, however some recipes call for chopped tomatoes so I bought couple of the Amazon chopped tomatoes to try them. These are the best chopped tomatoes I've tasted and will certainly be buying them again

These are top rate tomatoes not small and sloppy as in some supermarket brands. I used these to make a lovely thick Italian sauce for feeding 40 people. Bought some more to keep in my store cupboard .

These are ok for the price no issues very nice on fresh hot toast.

These are top quality Italian chopped tomatoes. Amazon brand.No excess water, just all thick tomatoes in juice. Ideal to use in many dishes.Absolute value for money. Highly recommended.

Purchased these tomatoes previously and every delivery has had several dented tins on this last delivery there were four, yes four, The monthly delivery nearly always have tinned item with the odd dent on an outer tin. However all four of these tins were damaged on the inner and wonder why.The tomatoes themselves are great, nice taste for my juice drink and bacon sandwich and are generally of good value. However, either there is bad packing at Amazon, the manufacturer or there is manipulation of damaged stock. I would be very annoyed if these for retail as customers would not like to buy these severely damaged tins, not just dings but deep dents.Perhaps I need to return these next time for refund as they are not as described, dented tins should not be sold as prime stock.
