Tight seal easy to work with
Used this to reseal my third brake light on my truck. Worked perfectly and extremely easy to work with.

Good product.
Just got this delivered today and I was happy to note that it was good quality straight from the pack. Very easy to install and it had a very good hold. It is a little expensive when compared to cheaper alternatives easy available from Amazon but none of the alternatives had the quality or the hold this one had. So I think it’s a do it once and do it right kinda product. I had to order five more packs after it. Expensive, I know, but they do a good job.

No Issues With Adhesive
I have seen several reviews that comment on how weak the adhesive is (stickiness). They must have increased how much or the type of adhesive they use because, if anything, it sticks too quickly and is hard to adjust if it goes in crooked. I used this initially as a buffer on the face of a strobe light for the rear window on my truck. It worked GREAT. No rattling or light leakage. Then I used it on the bottom of two storm doors - applied on a warmer day (65°) and it stuck immediately and very well. I intend to buy another roll so that I can put it on my truck's side rails to help prevent water leakage under my tri-fold tonneau cover. I have zero issues with thisproduct. Oh yeah, the package says it "contains (2) 8 1/2" strips". Even in the new math that equals 17 feet. Whiners... The Sramajor

Good weather seal
Easy to pull out of package and split the two 'rows' of weather seal. Easy enough to pull off the sticker tape and stick to your car/boat. I was finding it was a little stubborn about sticking to my car door. To be fair I didn't give it a thorough cleaning beforehand but you may want to have some additional adhesive just in case. After a couple days of pressing back on, mine is staying where i put it.

My 2008 Honda Ridgeline Truck Inside Doorframe
Saw where someone else did a You Tube Video, using this on His Honda Ridgeline Doorframe and had a link to Amazon, to purchase this. I did exactly as He did, and are amazed how much more quieter it is inside My Truck Interior now. Maybe the best $9.00, I’ve ever spent on anything for The Truck. BTW, like the other man, I only had to do the front two door frames. Although, for another $9.00, I may splurge and place another order, to do the two back doors…..as well.

Great replacement for Ram 1500 3rd brake light
Factory gasket (aka garbage) for my Ram Classic 1500 third brake light was letting water in. I saw many write ups on FB groups as well as YouTube and other forums where fellow Moparians purchased this gasket material to redo the third brake light seal. Very easy to work with and pliable to easily navigate the bends of the light housing. Thicker than original gasket so I am certain now that no water will make it's way in.

Keeps Out Roaches!
I detest roaches… and even with this white strip on the inside that drags across the floor, a roach still got in the other day! So I got this strip and placed two across my front doors threshold to prevent more bugs from crawling inside. It works well because it’s raised so helps seal the gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold, but when I bring my rolling laundry basket inside, it goes down and back up since it’s rubber, and it doesn’t lose its adhesion for a decent amount of time. Plus, if it even does lose its adhesion, I still have extra stripping to replace it with! Cant go wrong with keeping hot/cold air, and bugs out! I did clean the threshold well with a microfiber towel and isopropyl alcohol before applying the strip. And the price is great!

Useless product glue does not adhere
I installed this weather stripping yesterday and went out to check on it today, it literally all fell off already. The surf ice was properly prepared and it still does not stick. This is not marine grade weather stripping as stated in the description and the stated length is also deceiving as it says it is 17’ but reality is that the pictured style weather strip is only 8.5’ and they say you can cut it into two pieces. That would be a pain and the stripping would be about 1/8 of an inch thick. I typed in 1” thick and thought that’s what I was getting. I would not recommend this product at all. I wish I could get a refund to buy a decent product but I already trusted the seller and installed it.
