This seasoning is delicious and goes with just about any food. It has a brown sugar and bourbon flavor with just a bit of heat. You get a large bottle of seasoning so it is worth the price. You can sprinkle on a little or a lot. I use it on pork and vegetables. It is particularly delicious on carrots.

GOOD SEASONING
I used this on a piece of TRI TIP beef that I BBQ'd. It was delicious. It truly has a nice flavor to it. Add the cherry pecan mesquite would that I use on my grill with this..... and it was a symphony of flavors and tantalizing aroma.

Great on burgers!
I love this spice offering....Have purchased in small bottles...but this was a great find as it is larger so it lasts much longer..Gives a slight brown sugar flavor to hamburgers or other meats...Very good!

Sprinkled this on wild salmon cooked in the oven for 12 minutes was delicious. Will try it on chicken breast next time.
