Sourdough is tangy perfection! Some of the best bread I have ever consumed!
3 dense, delicious, fresh-tasting loaves were rushed to my home! I am glad I got to sample them all. The loaves are very dense, chewy, and generous in size. However, since I am the only gluten-free person....the last 1/3 or so of all loaves ended up rubbery, stale, falling apart after few days. (I was bummed!) They are worth it but it was about $6 per loaf. I should have kept a bit of each out - sandwich, raisin and sourdough (all are sliced) and frozen the rest. I am guessing they will freeze well, not positive. Each bread was utterly delicious. The sourdough was tangy and delectable, such a standout, even among gourmet sourdough breads! The raisin was soft, the raisins plump, and a great breakfast treat toasted with butter!. The sandwich bread was fine, not remarkable, but great when you don't eat wheat, but still love sandwiches and toast! This is surely a great bakery. Their bread is delicious and healthy, all the way through. You can order 1 loaf at a time or a 3-pack variety. Just remember the bread is very perishable and order/freeze? accordingly! I could have used some communication from the company about how to "preserve" or store, the bread. Otherwise, remarkable bakery, turning out gourmet, gluten-free, delectable bread!

Aldi's GF bread is better.
The bread is like cardboard. As soon as I opened the package the bread crumbled. It feels like cardboard. Sometimes putting GF bread in the microwave for a few seconds will soften it but not this bread. I was very disappointed.

Good Texture Low Flavor
Texture of this bread was good and firm, nothing soggy here. It was weak on flavor. I truly did not taste much. The thickness of maybe 3/4 of an inch was delightful. I did not experience any gluten sensitivity. I will buy this product again, with the hope someday for more flavor.

It's a winner!!
What a delight to find a bread that my 4 year old son absolutely loves!! He is autistic and a very picky eater, so we were nervous that we would order this bread and he would just reject it. Our son watched us open the package and it would be a one time deal...either he would love it or reject it. To our relief...he not only ate 1 slice as we gave it to him...he wanted more and more. Now we have to put a limit on how much he can eat as he would probably eat the whole loaf we're pretty sure! :-). So we give this product a 5 star for saying it is fresh and tastes great! My husband and I tasted it and by far it was the best gluten-free bread we had tasted to date! It is great whichever way you want it...fresh for sandwiches, toasted, etc. We put wax paper in between each slice and put it in the freezer and it was just as good when thawed out to eat. We judge a lot of this by the fact that our son accepts and loves this bread fresh or thawed from the freezer. Kudos to you and we'll be buying more!!

Lousy dry bread
Admittedly itโs difficult to find gluten free bread that is moist and chewy but this was the farthest from that

Gluten Free Bread that doesn't make me sick.
When La Brea stopped their gluten free line, I tried multiple other GF brands and this was the first one that didn't cause me to react. Bread is taken for granted by most non-celiac people, so to find one that is palatable and doesn't cause a severe reaction is a blessing.

One of the best Gluten free breads out there
As far as GF bread goes this one is one of the best in USA. Tends to be frozen in a lump but I find it falls apart into groups of 5 or 6 frozen slices. I take just one group out of the freezer at a time and use it. It holds up ok in fresh sandwiches but still takes 2 cycles in the toaster. It does dry out after 4 or 5 days in the fridge but that makes for decent stuffing for chicken and from what the guys say, fresh bread goes dry in that time too. If you are new to the GF diet and expect the same texture and taste of 'normal' commercial bread, then no you will be disappointed. If you have been on the GF diet a decade or two you will be delighted that you can actually make a fresh sandwich without it falling apart into crumbs!

Sticky Mess
Flavor is good. This bread toasts well but is very sticky. Terrible for sandwiches. Gums up in the roof of your mouth like peanut butter. You must keep it refrigerated or it will mold.
