This is a great kitchen set for common spices that are used often in the kitchen. I use them for salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, dill and few others..Several years ago I visited India and brought home a similar set as something that will remind me of my trip.I feel in love with convenience of this set which is handy in the kitchen and I can easily carry it with me to the patio when grilling. It's just a box that I can grab and go. It comes with little spoons for containers. I keep one inside one of the compartments and I can securely close the lid.As my set aged, I had a hard time parting with it as the convenience of it is unmatchable.Lucky, I found this one and it's even prettier than my old one. I don't think I can go back to anytime else, as nothing beats the ease of use like this set.If you try this, you will have a hard time without it.
