My daughter gets friction blisters mostly attributed to sweating of her feet. We can’t get into a podiatrist because we need a referral and her doctors appointment isn’t for another 4 months. All our kids have dealt With this issue as it is hereditary but my daughter is very active in sports and has it worst of all. This seems to be working as far as the sweating goes. I can’t speak on blister prevention but after a 2 hour softball game her feet are still fairly dry. She does have a single complaint. The smell is similar distinctly to a mens cologne. I mean obviously that’s better than smelly sweaty blustery feet but she would’ve preferred a more neutral smell than a strong cologne smell as she is not a male, lol. It’s a great product! Definitely try. I’m not in love with the smell, but I am also pregnant, so I use a little of another deodorant spray over top of it and then I don’t smell it anymore. It lasts long. Although only reason for four stars is because I’m almost at the end of the bottle and it no longer sprayed, but there is some left. You can hear it when you shake it.
