Do wearing it affect daily activities?

Well, if they used their claws to climb your curtains and such I imagine that behavior is done, but otherwise I haven't noticed a difference in mine. My two girls have been wearing them for about 6 weeks now and aside from my blood no longer being spilt when they climb into my lap they are completely normal and don't mind the claws at all.

How do you determine what size to buy?

GO BY WEIGHT as BREED IS IRRELEVANT HERE. **I’ve used 3 sizes of vinyl caps on three 🐈 🐈⬛ over the years. Using just their weight: a 3 lb kitten (XS), petite 7lb (S), chunky 20 lb orange (L) ….to determine cap size, has worked well for me. The size guide has proven accurate. In situations where a cap is too large for 1 or 2 claws, you can trim the open end of it to be smaller for a more snug fit, but I’ve never had that issue. Good luck & keep in mind it is not a 1-person job. I’ve had to use a groomer or vet every time. 😆

How long does the glue take to dry?

The glue is medical grade nail glue, which like superglue dries almost instantaneously. I held each one for about 10 seconds on the claw to make sure the glue was set.

You can also trim the tips after a few weeks to take the rest off that haven’t fallen off. Since they are silicone it is easy to cut through the material. Still avoid the nail bed!
