It has a beautiful, soft, fresh smell to it. I adore the roller, it goes on cool and even. I switch it to the off position and continue to use the roller to spread it around. It feel refreshing at the end of the day! I have seen a very slight difference in my neck. My gut tells me this is going to prevent it from getting worse, but won't make it any better. Cons: it is pricy. The results would be better if I could afford to use it twice a day, but I am not so lucky. Like I said, I think it will hold it steady but won't make it better. Final verdict: I will buy this again.
