Fits well! Unfortunately, EVERY morning, I bang the side of my funnel to clean it out! My mother still tells me to use a spoon, but I have not listened to her for the past 40 years and am not going to change now. SO... I need replacements when I have 'banged' the funnel apart. Thankfully, this is the original Bialetti, so it last many years of banging!! It fits well , is original and I buy multiples at a time waiting for that day that I may take my Italian mother's advice to lengthen the life of my funnel...

My old/classic Moka express stopped brewing but works perfectly after replacing the funnel filter and installing a new food grade silicone gasket seal.

Exactly what my pot needed to work again. Owned my pot for 6 years or so and had a nice used patina to it so I wasn't keen on buying a new one. My original filter edge was banged up so it stopped working along with the rubber seal just calling it quits (it was original ) New silicone seal and this basket and I'm back to making espresso again!!

This is the exact same funnel that came with the mocha pot originally. Over time, even with regular cleaning, the holes in the funnel become plugged. That slows down the brewing process. The new funnel fits perfectly and restores the mocha pot to its original condition.

I did not buy a used part, and this part was not cheap. Improve quality control.

Ordered this item and I am sure it's a good item since I have other Bialetti products and am very happy with them This item was sent out and the day it was scheduled for delivery received an e-mail saying Amazon requested it be returned. When I tried to reorder it the price was almost double!! So I ordered it on EBay for the original Amazon price. Very disappointed in those kind of business practices. Amazon just tried to force me to pay a higher price! Not good!!

Trechter was okay op zich , okay geprijjst..maar verpakking was niet goed.. kwetsbaar item en en enkel een unpadded papier enveloppe was niet genoeg om de inhoud te beschermen helaas. Kon trechter terugbuigen maar een stevigere doos om de originele verpakking is echt wel wenselijk!

Original Bialetti funnel, same as on my wife's Moka Express 6-cup. It's quite deep and can hold more than 25 g of ground coffee, the amount I usually use. I bought it for my Gnali&Zani 6-cup coffee maker, since it has a more shallow funnel that can only hold about 21 g (so it makes a weaker coffee, unless you tamp the ground coffee, which is usually not recommended for a Moka pot). It fits and seals perfectly (same diameter/depth etc).
