Awesome pen
Absolutely amazing pen, you get 4 colors pen, pencil and eraser all in one, the earser cap is loose so it can fall off easily but that doesn't change the awesomeness of this pen, you can order it's refills which costs around 500 rupees and you get 3 black refill 3 blue 2 red 2 green, overall amazing product, using it for last 2 years, highly recommended.

Jet stream multifunction Pen
Functionality is flawless Black and blue ink is smooth to write but red and green leaves blank space while writing. Couldn't try out the pencil as there was no lead in the pencil compartment !

Great product, but refills not available.
The only reason I dock 2 stars is that if you buy this in India, you kinda have to use it as a single use and throw pen. Neither the seller (OnDesk) nor anyone else on Amazon.in stocks the various colour refills for this (SXR-80-07). I've only noticed the black and sometimes blue being available. Red and Green are never available. The pencil uses standard 0.5mm leads - so any other brand's leads can be used.
