Air pump didn't work when needed - I purchased this portable air pump if my car's tires need air in an emergency. I recently tried to use the air pump and it didn't work. I bought it for emergencies such as tire flats and low tire pressure, so I didn't use it regularly. I was left stranded on the side of the road with my family because it failed the first time I needed it for an emergency. Note: I tested it to make sure that it worked when I received it and it worked to inflate my bike tire and a basketball. I am disappointed that in an emergency and the reason, it failed. I contacted the seller to come up with a solution regarding their failed product and seller has not replied to my request. Seller's customer service is poor. Review: Three Stars - only price is good
