Impressive kit to get you started!
I was teaching a friend how to make sourdough and wanted to surprise her with the tools as it’s her birthday. I was very impressed with this kit. The banneton is a nice size - quite deep. Sent her home with this kit, some starter and the loaf we prepared that she can bake this morning. She was so pleased!
