New filter not working after priming but Purewell made it right!
We use one filter at a time and just opened the second filter from packaging and primed it by soaking in water like usual. It didn't filter. We tried using a syringe to force water into the tip, still did not filter after that. We can't use our faucet to prime because it doesn't fit onto it (sprayer). I couldn't find a contact for Purewell here anywhere so went to their product website. My email was responded to very quickly and a new filter sent just as quickly after verifying purchase. Been using this product for years and so appreciate their customer service!

These water filters work very well! They were easy to install, have good durability, and give us clean water which makes me feel a lot safer drinking water from our apartment! Great purchase!

A good quality filter unit.
This filter does a great job of filtering the water. It comes out of the unit clear and good tasting.

Filtered drinking water
I consistently reorder this product. It lasts between 5-6 months. There is a taste to the water but it is pleasant. I have ordered a tester as I would like to see the level of minerals in the drinking water after filtered. I'll update this when I get results.

Günstig und billig
Die originalen vielfach teureren und seit Jahren ausverkauften Aktivkohlefilter sind besser. Zwar läuft bei denen das Wasser viel langsamer durch, aber dafür schmeckt es auch wirklich besser / neutraler. Diese Purewell Filter sind in Ordnung, aber das Wasser läuft viel zu schnell durch und hat somit kaum Zeit durch die Aktivkohle gefiltert zu werden. Außerdem sind sie kürzer und viel leichter als das Original. Was ist daran so schwer einen massiven Kohleblock zu pressen? Es braucht keine 3 Stufen.

Funktioniert nicht
Ich habe Purewelle schon seit zwei Jahren und jetzt die schwarzen Filter aus Amerika gekauft...aber erst geht kein Wasser durch und dann beim Trinkwassertest den ich öfters mach fallen die Filter entgültig durch. Kein Unterschied zum Leitungswasser. Ärgerlich

Filter defekt
Ich habe mir im Januar 2024 zwei neue Filter als Reserve gekauft. Heute wollte ich die alten Filter gegen die neuen Filter austauschen und es passiert: NIX! Das Wasser läuft nicht durch die Filter - aus welchem Grund auch immer. Rückgabe ist natürlich gerade abgelaufen und Amazon nimmt sich nichts davon an. Kundendienst von Purewell angeschrieben, ich bin gespannt, ob ich überhaupt eine Antwort erhalte. Kann diese Filter nicht empfehlen!
