It’s 2.5 yrs later & he still loves them. His are very full, almost firm - yet soft and they have some weight when you pick them up. I finally bought my own pillows, which arrived today. Not even CLOSE comparison. They’re not the same pilllow. The new ones are flat, lightweight, no springy loft, not full. Disappointing is to put it mildly. **Q: Do these pillows work for side sleepers? Support shoulders?** A: Your shoulders shouldn't be on your pillows. Perhaps that's why some of these reviewers are having shoulder pain...but the pillow can't force people to have good posture or compensate for a bad mattress.
