Will these crash bars fit with Indian floor boards ?

I don’t know if they will fit with the floor boards. I would call an Indian dealer and ask them if they would. By the way I have this in black for my 2018 Indian and love the way they look.

What are the rubber pieces for?

I believe they go between the guard and the radiator shroud/frame on the outside of the frame. They attach to the engine guard. There is a threaded fitting on the inside of the engine guard for the rubber pieces to be attached to. You may have to drill a hole through the rubber pieces. I did not get the rubber pieces with the set I purchased. You probably don’t have to install them. It functions fine.

Are these a Matte black?

Yes, they are matte black. Mine arrived in excellent condition and well protected
