Does what it says on the box, no more buzzing in Astro headphones with AUX usage.
Recently redid my PC audio set up and ended up having to run a 3.5mm connection to my aging Astro A50 Gen 3 headset base. These are pretty notorious for ground loop buzz on any AUX port usage and sure enough, tons of buzz. I thought about just adding another conversion from analog to digital (optical in this case) and using the optical input port on the base, but figured I'd give a good ole ground loop isolator a try since it would let me keep a high sampling rate (tested at 192kHz and 384kHz) vs the 48kHz cap on the ADC.This one seemed like it had at least some chance it wasn't a straight clone of the other 3.5mm adapters all over the market due to the design and branding (at least it's not brand IHTASHIGF for example) and the existing reviews were promising, so I figured I'd give this one a try. Brief testing shows zero detectable buzzing in the headphones any more to my ears. Objective achieved. If you're looking for what appears to be a ground loop isolator that does what it says, look no further. Obviously everyone's setup is different and what works for one may not work for another, but for me this was the ticket.

Complete Elimination of Ground Loop Hum!
This ground loop eliminator works excellently! I run the Zoom Meeting for Sunrise Rotary, and the system was running well until a new power speaker was purchased. When the computer output sound cable was connected, a loud, overpowering hum was generated.Once the BESIGN Ground Loop Noise Isolator with a 3.5mm Audio Cable was inserted into the computer's sound port and then connected to the speaker, the hum completely disappeared.

This fixed my problem!
I was having very annoying buzzing from my line-in port from the back of my PC, then I plugged my audio cable into this noise isolator and then into my PC, and ALL of the noise is gone. Very happy with my purchase!

Happy Noiseless Customers
This is used for church service audio provided by CPU with had feedback when volume was raised during service and music specials, after plugging in this noise resistor feedback totally disappeared. Everyone is happy that the annoying feedback is gone. Thank you.

works well, but try a few cables
First, I thought it did not work as it was only mono, not stereo, and and whenever both channel was on, the volume became too low to hear. I was using an "expensive" 3.5mm audio cable, so I thought it was the item issue. THEN, just before I gave up and start the return process, I use another "cheap" cable, and it worked flawlessly, in stereo. there seems to be match/mismatch with some cables by design, so I would suggest you to try with multiple cables if you have a problem with this item. It's working well now.

Works, great for older AUX input cars
Works as intended in my older vehicle. 2007 with an AUX input in the armrest, right next to the USB and a 12v input. Had motor associated whine in the background when playing music, more noticable when in between songs or just plugged in. This made it quiet and eliminated the noise. Next will be a Hi-Res Bluetooth adapter so no cord will be needed and it will all fit in my armrest cubby!

From Static To Clear Audio and No Cords
My GTi is old - it's model year seems to have been the last one prior to the widespread introduction of usb ports as a standard piece of kit for new cars by VW. It has several buttons for satellite radio and a DVD-based navigation system. Bluetooth audio was moving from a rumor to reality but still a few years from being available as a feature. So no easy wireless audio existed for me in this car - only an aftermarked aux jack that I had been plugging into via Apple's Lightning to 3.5mm adapter. I tried using a Bluetooth dongle, which brought brief joy followed by the realization that it would need frequent charging, which invariably brought on the eerie, disembodied, hissing menace of the Audio Ground Loop. Efffff.BUT - I love my GTi; it's paid off, cheap to insure, and driving it still puts a smile on my face. Two weeks ago I did a bit of research on reliable isolation devices, got overwhelmed by the crushing weight of paid-for, AI-faked, ludicrously off-topic, and real reviews, and decided to just buy the most popular one on the big A.Thing works great. No degradation in quality (to my somewhat practiced ears), nor any decrease in volume. Just plugged my bluetooth receiver dongle into the cigarette lighter outlet/usb charger, connected this thing's built-in 3.5mm male cord to the dongle's output, then ran a short 3,5mm cord from this isolator to the aux jack. Voilà. Now that setup sits, out of eyesight, in the emergency-brake-lever area to the right of the driver. When I start the car, on comes the bluetooth. With this isolator in place, I have seamless, interference-free bluetooth audio from my iphone without ever having to plug the phone in to anything. Wonderful. Writing this review was harder than setting it all up.

Fixed a problem I've had for YEARS!
Completely solved an issue with my desktop PC where a buzzing sound would be heard through my speakers when scrolling webpages or moving my mouse. I wish I knew about this sooner.
