Light treatment, good for general maintenance
As with all recent Chilton books, they bounce you all around the book to perform a supposedly simple task - in this case, the tortuous path to replacing headlight bulbs - thanks GM:( - your engineers should be FIRED for designing headlights this poor to maintain (but I get off-topic). For general maintenance, this book does the trick - and does show when you could be getting in over your head on a certain repair. I just wish it was more thorough, laid out all the steps for you, and showed some tips or tricks to workaround poorly-engineered designs.

Not as good as Chilton used to be
Not quality manual like Chilton used to publish. Instructions seem to be for someone not really needing them, not much detail in finer points of work being done. Index needs to be redone. Found several instances of having to look up one repair to find another repair which then led to the repair I was looking for in the first place. Many parts/repairs have no direct listing at all in index.

Good but....
Good manual just missing a few small things, like cabin air filter installation etc etc...

Not a servicve manual
This is a typical Chilton repair manual. It's not a service manual but very useful for general repairs. I see it more of a guide although it does give many step by step repairs. I've had a few Chilton books over the years and always found them helpful.I would buy this again.

Four Stars
About as good as most service manuals get. It doesn't cover everything but is still well worth the money.
