A very slight drawback is that the brightness levels are slightly different from the original. I may decide to replace the one in the second of my pair of lamps but at least I have three spares! ### ⭐ I don't think so....we need a Zero star rating *by M***D on 12 February 2024* They sell 2 types it seems, a dimmer and an on/off. I needed a basic on/off to work with a LED bulb.So first of all I noticed that the units were about 1/4 of the size of the existing unit that had failed in my lamp and the wires were so thin they were whisp like!So I take a new unit out and think wow they have not finished off these wires very well (see picture attached) so i wire it in and it does of course not work.I then take out another unit and realise that the first unit that I had tried has been used before!!
