Good for light/medium training.
This is a good bag for cardio and occasional big hits. It will move if hit with power but generally it stable. I like feel of this bag and adjusts easily. Tried medium light punching hold up well but heavy hitting or say a lunge kick would move it. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase.

Great quality bag worth the money
I teach kickboxing classes and do one on one and this bag is perfect filled up. It’s heavy enough. It goes too many levels. It’s very sturdy and I have no doubt it will last me a very long time.

coups de pied, coups de poings, sans taper comme un dingue très bonne stabilité au sol, très lourd, une fois rempli d'eau.... cela fait du bruit, dans mon garage pas de problème....un vrai plaisir de travailler sur le sac, cause covid et ma salle de sport fermée.....

Great for it's intended purpose
This is a fairly inexpensive way to get a good workout while punching something. I don't kick, so i can't rate this for other martial arts moves, but striking this is fine. It does move a lot,and is noisy, but not as noisy as my grunts when I am hitting it. All in all, no problems if you use it for it's intended purpose. If you are looking for a professional heavy bag to do full boxing workouts, this is not the bag for you. Spend the extra money and get a real heavy bag if thats what you are looking for. If you are looking for a good striking workout bag, especially for cardio purposes, this will do fine.I would suggest that you put it in the place you are going to want it to stay, because once you fill it up, this thing is heavy!!! Also, you may want to invest in the waterbed drain system to help get water out if you have to move it and filled it with water. I am too cheap for that, so if I have to move it, my stronger and much younger kids will tip it until the water drains out!!!
