am I able to keep this in my fridge, like the other boxes that you’re able to open?

Yes 😀 How I do it: Remove the entire top. Set on a shelf where it won't get knocked over. Or, my preference is to pour about 1/3 of a box into a ceramic container I use only for this. It measures about 3 x 6 inches. I stir it daily. After a couple of weeks +/- it gets dumped down the sink drain followed by vinegar. Boiling water after 20 minutes to rinse. Fresh fridge, fresh sink drain!

Really I just got 1 box ,nothing like a 12 lb bag like at costco. Make it right or I will fight!

Reading is fundamental... i dont see ANYWHERE that it says ANYTHING about a bag... it clearly states that it is 12 total boxes... each box being 1 pound each... therefore 12 pounds total.... So it's right ... making the only person you can fight with is yourself.... Put that pipe down karen.... 😂
