I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for years, and it’s one supplement I keep coming back to. My nails are strong and healthy, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair after it started thinning as a side effect of medication. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but this product has worked well for me, and I believe it’s made a positive difference.
