I have IBS. This product works good for me. It regulated my issue. I do not feel sluggish anymore due to not being be regulated daily. I have good results when I take one a day after lunch. I would recommend this product.

I am pleased with the probiotics & have them shipped to me regularly each month so I don’t have to re-order them. However, I’m just appointed this month because they are out of stock and I did not receive any.

I tasted no hint of the peppermint flavoring but it did help my pain. I'm trying to get off pain meds from an accident and I only have to take them in the morning instead of 4 times a day. thank you
