This USB my second pair, but not because there's anything wrong with the first! I bought two so that I can have a pair charging while I use the other. I really like these the sound is good, they pair easily and the 6 hour battery life is okay considering these are only $30. The mic and control are a little bulky and the added weight on the one side is sometimes annoying as it will pull out the earbud if you're not wearing the fins. I like these better than the JBird buds that I bought for $130. So good quality and functionality for the price!

Highly disappointed. I NEVER review. I have purchased this brand 3 times before. Never had an issue. This time I got two that wouldn’t charge or turn on. LEGIT they are cheap. Thus getting 2 cuz the charge isn’t an all day thing. I know you get what you pay for. I had enjoyed this brand buying 2 at a time and they worked for the day. They are TOO CHEAP for me to deal with a return. But I was saddened that a once reliable form to use is no longer an option. Moving on. Don’t waste your money! I selected a one star to just submit a review. Star shouldn’t be considered.

I bought these to replace the Symphonized NRG Bluetooth ear buds which were ok but left a few things wanting. The range on these puppies is fantastic. I use them at work in an office environment and I can wear them 60-80 feet away from my device and still have a signal, sometimes even behind a wall. I like that when I power them up the pairing tone doesn’t blast my ear drums. When powering on, I also like that a pleasant voice tells you how full the battery is. The sound is more clear, more detailed and full than the Symphonized NRGs. The little rubber cover that plugs into the USB port when not charging also stays plugged in. They’re well built and seem like a quality product. I have a couple issues though. The little rubber stays that are supposed to keep them in your ears are too small—even the large ones supplied in the package. Those could be redesigned because they barely do the job. But the biggest issue I had was that the sound went dead in the left ear. I will be returning them for a replacement because these check off more boxes than other ear buds I’ve tried. Hopefully the replacements will last longer.

At first out of the box I was underwhelmed. The sound had very little bass. I then changed the size of the ear buds to a larger size (included in purchase) which basically sealed my ear cannal. The difference is night and day. Their is deep rich bass combined with the right amount of trebile to produce the powerful sound I was searching for. I have an iPhone and the sound settings you choose for your music make a huge difference in the overall sound that you get. I use the Hip-Hip selection for my personal taste in sound. I have used JLab for many years and I am glad these buds live up to my expectations.

This bluetooth gets the job done. Comfortable earbuds, good sounds...but...the cord slides off from around your neck too easily. It's actually pretty funny that I received an email asking me to review this product today because I just got back home from out of town where I lost this device. I had it around my neck and I'm assuming that it fell off at some point. I make that assumption because every day I have to keep pulling it back up around my neck. I think the device may need a counterweight on the left ear side or something because it seems as though the right ear side with the mic and buttons is too heavy as that is the side the falls down all of the time. Just ordered a different kind so I'm hoping this one doesn't have this issue. The bluetooth I had prior to this one had a clip in the middle of the cord that clipped onto the back collar of your shirt. I totally understand how important that feature is now.

I have purchased 4 of these over the years and never been disappointed. Good product. Im pretty hard on these and they hold up. After a year or so the screen on the inside of the earbud will deteriorate, but for the price I wouldn’t expect them to last forever.

The product just blinks red constantly for days now meaning it desperately needs a charge. I have others Jlabs and have tried those charging cords too. This pair is just a dud so I'm not gonna order Metal wireless anymore. Sticking with the Pros.

I’ve tried so many different blue tooth headphones and these by far are the best!! The sound quality is great on music AND on phone calls. I’ve struggled to find good headphones that I can use while talking in the phone. I’m a mother of two and these headphones make hands free talking easy and helps keep my sanity!! My husband also has a pair and is a weight lifter and LOVES them. Would buy 12 more!!

These headphones are well worth the price. The sound quality is very high and they are comfortable to wear and light enough you forget they're even in. A range of different size buds means they will fit all ear types and the (optional) comfort cushions adds to the overall feel of the product. I personally don't use the cushions as they don't go as far in the ear which restricts volume and bass but are very comfortable when used. Would highly recommend!

I am giving it one star because I could not use it anyway. It looks good and the build quality also seems reasonable for the price. The user manual instructed us to charge the unit overnight before first use. I tried to charge it for over 18 hours and the red LED continued to blink forever. It never turned blue. Then I tried (multiple times) to turn it on by pressing the button for 10 seconds. It never turned on. I scanned for the Bluetooth (BT) devices with my mobile phone, and I could see all the neighbour's Bluetooth devices, but this earbud never appeared. I am going to return it.

These were for my son in law who is particular in his likes and he loves them, sturdy and work well

I tried to branch away from my old favourites mpow s11 (I have a few pairs!). Sound of these was ok but didn’t like the fit or in-ear design. Didn’t feel secure. Never wear them now.
