Playmobil Ghostbusters Firehouse
We recently got the Playmobil Ghostbusters Firehouse, and it's been a blast for our whole family! Not only does my son love it, but my husband and I have enjoyed reminiscing about our own Ghostbusters toys from childhood. The nostalgia is real! One of the standout features is the inclusion of the ghost librarian character—her design is absolutely fantastic and definitely my favorite in the entire set. The attention to detail is impressive!Another highlight for me is the garage; it opens and shuts just like a real one. This Ghostbusters Firehouse is such a fun way to engage in imaginative play while bringing back fond memories. I highly recommend this set for any Ghostbusters fan, young or old.

Wonderful Purchase!
My two year old is obsessed with the original ghost busters movie, it’s all he watches at the moment. On a whim, I wanted to see if there were any ghost busters toys appropriate for his age. I came across this and immediately had it shipped to our house. We could not be happier! It was so fun to put together, easy, but at the same time incredibly elaborate on the attention to detail. It’s now his favorite toy and I’d say we’re both obsessed!

Excelente
Como todo lo de playmobil, un gran juguete de materiales de mucha calidad y buena presentación. En el tamaño entra bien el auto de la misma marca.

Well designed, fun, and tons of cool details!
Whether you bought this as a playset for a child or as an adult collectible, you definitely get your money’s worth! The set comes unassembled and it takes between 60 to 90 minutes to put together. The construction process might be a little daunting for children, but not problem for adults. If you enjoy assembling LEGO, you’ll enjoy the click-clack of putting the walls and windows up. Several stickers are included to give the furniture and Ghostbusters’ gear color and character.Included figures: Egon Spengler in lab gear; Janine Melnitz in Ghostbusters II neon lime skirt; Louis Tully possessed as Vinz Clortho; Ray Stantz with proton pack; the Library Ghost from the beginning of Ghostbusters.Fun details include dozens of furniture and equipment accessories for the firehouse. Janine’s office is fully fleshed out with lamp, computer (“Print is dead.”), and phone (“We got one!”). The research lab features lab tables, beakers, flasks, microscope, EKG/PKE readout machine, camcorder on tripod, cabinets, and a monitor featuring the spectral image of a Terror Dog (“Yes, have some!”).The garage level has the play feature that I enjoy the most: the Ecto Containment Unit. You can absolutely place a Ghost Trap inside to incarcerate ghosts into their custom-made storage facility! The garage door slides up and down for the Ecto-1 (not included) to drive in or out, and the firepole gets the Ghostbusters from Janine’s office to the garage level in a zip! This Playmobil set reminds me of the old Kenner firehouse released in the 1980’s, yet it features far more details and accessories. It is solidly-built and looks great. If bustin’ makes you feel good, this set is highly recommended!

Playmobil never disappoints
I love playmobil sets and the children I give them to always have lots of fun using them in creative play. I gave this to a Ghostbuster's fan along with the Playmobil Ghostbusters car. As usual, there were good instructions for building and no missing pieces.

A Good Gift, Although Annoying to Put Together
Purchased this as a birthday gift for my 4-year-old niece and, because she's 4, I had to put it together. It would've been helpful if all of the pieces that belonged together had been bagged together -- this, more than likely, would've cut down on the amount of time it took to look for pieces and then construct the firehouse -- and that the tool that is used to help snap things together had been bagged separately -- surely, I could've found that much quicker and saved my thumbs and fingers the pain they endured with putting this together. I also probably could've avoided the incessant "can I play with it yet?" that I heard from an impatient 4-year-old.The firehouse comes with three Ghostbusters (sadly, no Winston), Janine in her office attire, the Library Ghost, and lots and lots of accessories (sadly, no slime stickers). It has been pretty stable so far; no reconstruction has been necessary... yet. Although the box shows the Ecto-1 (hearse/car), it is sold separately for about $45 on Amazon. I haven't purchased that yet. but it appears to come with Winston and, for some reason, another Janine, but this time, she's in a Ghostbuster's uniform, though.Overall, the firehouse is pretty detailed and interactive (due to the number of accessories), and my 4-year-old niece loves playing with it. She especially loves the working pole that the Ghostbusters (and any other thing she can attach to it) use when answering an emergency. The firehouse has replaced her Disney Princess singing castle (thank God!), so it's definitely been worth the purchase.
