Needed extra link and called customer service and got it, great service

The wrist size was too small. I needed an extra extenders for it to fit me. In the comments I was able to find customer service number and called. They told me they would send me some for free. I got pieces of bracelet instead of extenders 😞. I cant do anything with them . I am sad 😔
