We take seriously of every detail, from wood’s cutting and cleaving, to repeatedly polishing and spraying,every line,every flower,crafted by masters who have many years experience in manual wood carving. Production process of white body need nearly two months . White body keep still for half a month, after weathering of photosynthesis, when the water content down to around 15%, began the polishing and spraying process. After every burnish and spraying, need to dry it in dustless wokshop for 48 hours, and then for the second round of polishing and spraying and drying,and then to the third round…… the last process is spray paint. above processes need nearly a month. At this point, a product is completed. Assembly test By the professional technician in a particular installation platform, then, just be allowed to leave factory. Production Time: in the case of that when the white body is available(all products sold on who’s white bodys are available ), the Production Time is 20-25days.
