great product. I take one a day sometimes two. I work 4 days a week 12-14hrs a day, i take one of these at the beginning of the day and one mid day ( on the bad days) and i feel much more energized. if you look at most of the energy drinks this is one of the main ingrediants. I will re-order when i use this up. I don't even drink energy drinks or sodas any more because i use this. cheaper and not so much sugar.

This is a 1000mg vitamin B-12 pill. It is not a capsule and not a gummie, but a small easy to swallow pill. The first time I ordered this I got 2 bottles with 150 in each bottle. This time I got 1 bottle with 300 pills. Less waste and one less bottle to recycle.
