This stuff is basically pure protein. I use 2 scoops in 16 to 20 ounces of almond milk everyday for breakfast as part of my 1700 calories. Along with exercise daily, increased protein consumption and lowering (not eliminating) my carbohydrates I lost 50 lbs in about 9 months and have kept it off.

It's crap protein 👎🏼 so, these huge, wealthy firms buy it up like crazy and give their products exotic names like CELLUCORE, which, btw, I tried and I have broad shoulders and am somewhat beefy 🥩 I noticed ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in my gains and/or progress with this or these other fancy protein powders!!
