“Tiny clips, huge peace of mind.” Got these retaining clips because I was convinced my injectors were auditioning for a slow-motion oil fountain. Every time the engine revved, I half expected a geyser — and not the picturesque kind. These little clips hold the injector leak-off lines like they’re guarding state secrets. Once clipped on, there’s no wiggle, no leak, and absolutely no surprise oil show. The install was quick — fewer swear words than usual when fiddling around under the bonnet. Replaced one of the diesel injectors in my car following the ECU dropping into "limp home" mode and managed to ping one of the clips across the engine bay and, apparently, into space never to be seen again... These were a perfect replacement and did the job exactly as hoped. NOTE: While you may think that the bleed off tubes are not all that important, and that you can actually run the engine with the tube held in place by a cable tie, this is NOT the case! Having tried to drive the car home using the cable tie method I can confirm that about 1/2 cup of diesel per mile is dumped over the hot cylinder head and, while it takes a lot to actually ignite diesel with heat alone, it does produce a lovely smell and lots of smoke - perfect to make people in other cars look over, register their astonishment and then drive away as quickly as possible in case they are caught in the coming explosion... I recommend this product, but do not recommend being stupid and trying to do the same job with cable ties...
