Much thicker than the ones from wal mart and offered a lot more resistance. I don't use them anymore but if we do need more in the future, I will repurchase!

These are nice loops. The only thing that I would have preferred is if you had the resistance written on the actual loop. You did send a guide with the loops indicating which resistance each color is, but it would be more helpful in the moment of the workout to have it printed on the actual loop. Otherwise, good product.
