I love the grape and blue raz flavors. This is a repeat purchase for our household. I don’t like to drink a ton of caffeine between coffee and thermogenics and preworkout that can add up quickly. This is extremely effective for blood flow and a great pump during workout. A nice tingly activity but no jitters at all. Can sleep well after using for an evening workout. Great value for the cost. Try other flavors too!!

Sorry but this is the absolute worst pre workout I've ever had. I'm definitely no amateur when it comes taking pre workouts. I've taken high stims, no stims, pump etc.. but this was the very first product to ever make me vomit within seconds of taking just ONE SIP.. as you can see in the video I posted.. once you add water it literally erupts. At1st I was confused so I threw it away. Then I added another scoop into a separate glass of water and it erupted again.. so I figured, ok.. perhaps once the foam settles I'll be able to drink it. Now fast forwarding a few hours later as it was now "Gym Time", I took out my pre workout. All the foam had settled and went away. So.. still skeptical at this point, I took a small sip. It tasted very frizzy. As if I was drinking a soda. Before I was able to take a second sip, my mouth became very watery and my stomach felt off. My initial thought was "I'm I about to throw up right now?".. seconds later I pushed my car door open and started throwing up along road side. Immediately afterwards I gained a splitting headache and my body just felt off.. I was able to go workout. But I ended up purchasing a RTD pre workout at my gym. The rest of the day I felt off and my headache continued to ache.. im sorry to say this but this product is horrible. And I would never purchase it again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

Usually don't write reviews but I tried this as I am getting into lifting and making some lifestyle changes to include lifting weights. I decided I'd like to try to work in a pre workout and wanted something stim free as I workout in the evenings, I have to say the pump from this is pretty impressive, it's a good supplement at a great price, and has helped my workouts, without making me unable to sleep.

The good: This stimulates your muscles a lot and makes it feel like your skin can't contain the gains you're receiving from this pump that you're getting. The price, mixability with your preworkout, and this product's effectiveness are some of the reasons that Evlution Nutrition's Pump Mode is going to stay in my stack. The bad: It says it has no flavor, but it does have quite a bitter taste and does feel very "powdery" when you swallow it. Both can be fixed if you mix this with either a pre-workout or something flavored like juice. The biggest downside of this product is that now I can never be satisfied with looking at myself in the mirror when I don't have a pump from this. • As others have stated, the pump that this gives you is amazing and you can definitely feel a difference when you take this vs when you don't. After taking this I was able to see veins that I couldn't normally see when working out without this pump accelerator, and the veins that were usually visible look extremely vascular and help me achieve the "my body looks like a leaf" aesthetic that I am going for. When this kicks in during your reps you will feel that your muscles are exploding and your skin is getting tighter (happens a lot on my biceps but your mileage may vary). • The ability to mix this with your preworkout just furthers any benefits that you get from this, I mix it with the preworkout Beyond Raw Lit and it makes my heaviest training days feel like a breeze. When I first mixed it I accidentally worked out for almost three hours and still felt energized enough to go for a jog. Its effectiveness kicks in quickly and improves your endurance and performance. • The only downsides to this product that I see is its taste and texture, it physically pains me to drink this plain so I usually mix it with either preworkout or some juice. The texture problem has yet to have a solution but it is at the very least tolerable, it has kind of a powdery feeling as it goes down your throat, like if you were to just try to swallow some protein powder or something. Overall, Evlution Nutrition's Pump Mode is an extremely effective product and for its price it's pretty unbeatable. You just have to ask yourself if you're ready for your skin wanting to explode from the pump you're going to get and if you're ready for those gains.

I've used a number of preworkouts and pump powders for weightlifting. Most of them are fine but I always have various concerns -- Some are loaded with caffeine (I like to add caffeine separately, depending if I want to for that workout). Some are loaded with a ton of other ingredients I either don't want or need. Some have ingredients that just don't seem to facilitate a 'pump' (shuttling nutrients and volume to your muscles). Some are very pricy. EVL's PumpMode is the one I consistently come back to and can rely on to actually give me a pump. When you're properly training a muscle group and work to (or near to) failure, it doesn't take many sets before your skin starts to feel tight. Size and vascularity are noticeable, especially if your body fat is low, which is very important if you're preparing to compete. I've even used PumpMode during warmup before going on stage. I haven't tried the unflavored kind but both the Blue Raz and Furious Grape taste good -- good enough to sip or take in a quick 'shot' with a nice aftertaste. I think the key to the pump this product delivers is the Glycerol. There aren't many other reputable products with this ingredient, so I always just rely on this one. One scoop is always enough for me, so with 30 servings, it actually lasts a while. Can't recommend enough! I haven't tried EVL's other products yet but I will the next time I restock my supplements, seeing as this one works so well.

To my disappointment, when I opened the seal, the powder was clumpy right out of the container. It was quite frustrating as I had expected a smooth and easy mixing experience.

being really enjoying using Evlution Nutrition products, been using previously the Evlution Nutrition ENGN SHRED, but since i like to cycle off from time time, i decided to try there Evlution Nutrition pump mode since it being a "non stimulant" And absolutely an awesome product, i feel very focus and have intense pumps throughout my whole workout, and the best thing is didn't keep me up at all, trained hard and was able to sleep 2 hours after. i highly recommend this product.

Great product. I didn't know what to expect but this actually works. I combined this with my regular pre work out and could tell this difference. Hitting higher reps and definitely felt the pump. Highly recommended

The was clumped into a single wet mass in the container. This product (from previous reviews) has issues with moisture. I do not recommend buying this as it is non-returnable either.
