Good protein
After bariatric surgery, I knew that I had to be very intentional with what I consumed. I don't like eating breakfast, but I have always had my coffee. This satisfies my need for coffee while still making sure I hot my protein goal without too many calories.I like the flavor, but I don't like the smell of it. Which i guess is better than liking the smell but not the flavor.
