super thick and gooey but the chocolate flavor is great. i have found many places that i use a drop or 2 but my favorite is to put a few drops of chocolate with a few drops of almond extract, vanilla extract and liquid stevia into a glass of cheap box red wine and it makes a decadent chocolate covered cherry wine.

Absolutely my favorite for coffee! With a bit of the English Toffee one too, I enjoy the most amazing sugar free mocha lattes every morning!! Add to hazelnut for a great taste too! Only takes a small amt so it lasts well too. A good buy gor the money

A little definitely goes a long way as it is with stevia-based products. It is sweet but only faintly chocolatey. With it being marketed as dark chocolate, I expected a stronger chocolate taste. If you like milk chocolate (or white "chocolate"), this would possible work for you.

This is probably our favorite flavor. We have tried the peppermint cookie (which is also good) and the English toffee (which we literally can't taste any flavor or sweetness from at all) but this dark chocolate one is the best (for us)!! We love chocolate flavoring and dark chocolate but this was better than we hoped for. Flavor is pretty strong. We used the suggested servings size to get an average dark chocolate taste so that is spot on. Taste is dark chocolate. Now depending on what you put it in depends on how strong it is. We put it in fudge and it is average taste. We put it in water and it tastes just like chocolate milk (not kidding). We put it in tea and coffee and when putting it in hot beverages it wasn't as string but if you let it come to room temp it became stronger but it hot coffee and tea it is weaker. is not just peppermint, as it's peppermint cookie. If you are looking for just peppermint look for another one because this does have a subtle cookie flavor too. Texture is thick and more like a syrup. Does leave a slick texture in drinks but we can overlook this. Our favorite flavor!!!

Just as described good flavor

Reviews were saying there was not that artificial sweetener after taste. So, I figured I would trust in the reviews and bought several flavors. Well that’s not true it definitely has the aftertaste and it is way too sweet and lacks flavor. I was really hoping to find something that really had a lot of true flavor and not so sweet. I usually like NOW products but not this one. And it’s too expensive for the size of bottle you get pretty small. Too expensive to just throw out so I will have to suck it up and use them.

taste amazing - extremely hard to find on the store shelf!! I live in a million plus city and store after store was always sold out!!! use it for a "iced" coffee recipe with the vanilla and toffee - amazing!!

Use for coffee

nice for coffee and iced drinks, but there is a slight flavour issue; not as chocolaty as I'd hoped
