Can you use this to refill the L10s Ultra solution pack?

Don’t believe so. The caps to the cartridges will be hard not ruin them to be used again as a refill. Hope that helps

Does it compatible with Dreametech L10s Ultra?

Not sure 100% but I think it is comparable with L10s
