12-28 Update: Customer service reached out to me and replaced my stapler; I've been using it all day and have not had any issues with jamming as I did with the first stapler. They were super helpful and quick at responding to me. It must have been issues with the first one that made it sound different, this one doesn't sound as loud as the first one. A very OK stapler. When it works it's great but jams a bit more than I'd like. I will staple once and it catches the paper and I will have to double staple it or release the staple holder and wiggle my paper out. Like I mentioned when it works it's a great stapler. I find the double stapling a bit much in my quiet office. Will definitely be looking for another option.

This stapler was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use. Works just like advertised. I like the fact that it holds double the amount of staples many other staplers hold... saves time. Also a really nice feature I'd not seen before, allows you to decide how far in you want to staple your papers. The manual slider allows quite a variety of spacing. Also it comes with an adapter to plug in for use on a desk, which is nice, but my preference is to use batteries for more flexibility. I've not had it long enough to know how long the batteries will last, but I'm sure how much it is used will be the biggest factor. I give this stapler 5 stars overall. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on Light Weight, is because it is not the lightest weight stapler out there, but it is certainly light enough. The little extra weight just feels more solid, better quality. If you're looking for an electric stapler, look no further. I'm very happy with this one. No complaints.

Worked great at first, and was so cute. After a little while of using, it stopped pushing the staples forward so I would have to pick it up and lean it forward in order for it to staple anything. I used the recommended staples. Tried returning or getting a replacement on amazon and was told I needed to contact the seller. Customer service thru the seller is awful

I bought one of these about 6 months ago and it is already broke but to be fair I ran about 20,000 staples through it. So it does work and I really beat this thing up. It goes through cardboard and index cards with no problem. I don't hold it when I use it so the weight doesn't matter to me. It is relatively quiet but does make some noise. Worst part about it is that you can't really get it apart in order to oil it and if you can I haven't found out how. So my other one broke and I just bought a new one. If there was a place or way to oil it then it would last a lot longer. Works with batteries or you can use the adapter it comes with. The adapter cord doesn't seem to fit well and looks loose but actually does stay in there most of the time. Another thing that is annoying is that it activates with a tab. It's great when you just want a staple but not so good when you want to pinpoint where you want a staple. Would be nice if this had a button to activate it but it is all automatic. It adjusts where you can put a staple but would also be nice if it came out more closer to the end of a page. Or was able to. Overall though I like it. It's way better than using a real stapler. Saved my hands for sure.

I LOVE this stapler! It is quiet, and I like how you can select where the staple placement will be placed. It is a bit large, but it just slips under the edge of my computer screen so it is tucked away, but ready to go to work! I believe it is worth the $$, I also like that I can put a full long strip of staples into it. Ready for any size job. I tried several others and was not happy, so I am pretty picky, but this one fills the bill, fast, powerful and so quiet. I like if needed I can use batteries too. I have not had any jams. Works flawlessly every time.

I purchased this in green for the rare jobs at work where I have to staple repetitively. I am kicking myself for not testing this out before the return window closed! I actually stopped mid-task to pull up this order and see if i could send it back. No? OK, review time. It makes a loud, sickly sound like a dying servo every time it staples; the guard will not stay set or even; the loading tray, while simple and functional, feels rickety, as in it is difficult to seat correctly and sticks on install if it's even a little crooked, and it wobbles when fully closed; once in the paper (2 or 5 pages thick), staples are loose enough in the paper to wrench the bundles around, making my work look sloppy and crooked. There is no way to adjust thickness, but i didn't think i needed one. Not as small or light as i thought it would be, but i could easily look past that if the darn thing worked well. Three stars, because the color is cute, it runs on (4x AA) batteries so i don't have to deal with a cord, and it does in fact work. It does not work well. I do not imagine that it will work for long, given the issues i've had right out of the box. Maybe i got a dud, but i do not recommend this product.

I used this when I was working the front desk at a busy medical office and it was working great for a few months but after a while it started jamming quite a lot but that could be from high usage. It holds a lot of staples and it looks cute!
