I will not live without it. My energy level on a day without this vs with this is night and day. I have consciously experimented with this. By 3/4 of the way into my shift, if I forgot this or skipped it, I am spent, beat, tired, and hardly able to finish my shift. I go home and pass out. If I've had this (smoothie, water, coconut water, etc.), I am fine and can even go to the gym afterwards. DECADES OF EXPERIMENTATION HERE. For taste, I like it. It is springy, bright, very green, citrusy, and refreshing. If you are not a green lover like me, you may find it unpleasant; my partner says it like drinking grass LOL.
