Never Expected to Love
This lip balm was a gift that stayed untouched for months because I was loyal to my usual high-end brands. After finishing my last lip product, I was forced to use it until I bought a new one… and the result honestly surprised me. Since then, it’s been part of my daily routine and never leaves my pocket. My lips are no longer dry, but I’ve become obsessed with the hydrated feeling it leaves all day.

Faulty product/packaging Does not work - balm stick does not come up open rotating it

It hides dryness doesn't treatment it.
It last just next face wash, unlike Vaseline, it requires atleadt 10 wash with soap before your lips again dry.

I have always used and loved neutrogena lip balm. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Arrived completely melted, sticky and comparing it with the one I have at him, I even doubt it’s original

I was very disappointed when I received it. The product was melted inside the package, and the rollout mechanism didn't work at all. This is not what I expected. I won't be purchasing this again.

Unlike other lip balms with SPF, this one does not have a sunscreen flavor. The formula is not greasy.
