Better than rusty metal nests, and costs a lot less! The open style nesting box is made of high-density, impact-resistant polyethylene that will not rust, rot, or corrode. Easy to keep clean plastic surface, and does not hold heat or cold as metal would on a hot or cold day. Hen friendly design features an egg shaped open back and top to allow better ventilation and easier egg access. The 3.75 inch tall front edge helps prevent loss of nesting material. Hole in rear of base for easy drainage during cleaning. 4 hole mounting pattern to securely mount on wall with 4 screws and washers or bolts, not included. Space saving modular design so additional boxes can be mounted vertically or side by side. 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 10 inch high overall.
