I’d never heard of this brand but saw a bunch of good reviews on Amazon, so I decided to try it. It’s been a great product and I am quite happy with the taste. I put it on top of protein waffles to make an even higher protein breakfast. One serving has 8g of protein, which is pretty impressive. I don’t sense any bad aftertaste to the spread. We keep it stored in the pantry. You do have to mix it before using it, but that only takes about 15 seconds to do.
